Meow Mix Media is Hollow Oak’s most trusted, most startled and most thoroughly awake news network. Founded in 2014 by anchor Chip Whiskerton after a particularly loud sound at 3 a.m., we have delivered the stories that matter ever since.
Our newsroom employs 41 reporters, 3 meteorologists, 1 helicopter and a studio cat named Marcel, who lives in the lights. We broadcast 19 hours a day, mostly because we cannot find the off switch. We believe in the facts, the full story and getting it on the air before the story moves.
Our two desks, Local News and Sports, report from the heart of Hollow Oak. Remember: wherever there is a story, there is a cat sitting on it.
