It began as a simple laundry day on Tuesday. By evening, a single grey sock had vanished. Bianca Hairball, Meow Mix Media’s top investigator, went into the field with a flashlight and a deep sense of dread.
She discovered the sock under a radiator, in a nest of 14 other socks, three hair ties and one plastic spider. The perpetrator, a cat named Wednesday, offered no comment, only a long blink. Bianca is calling it ‘the heist of the season.’ Authorities have returned the sock, but it is now slightly damp and has a new, proud smell.
